Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier - just browse the styles on the Cybershop, choose your UK Size and then click "Add to Cart" for the styles / accessories you wish to purchase. After you have finished choosing your styles / accessories, click on 'Checkout' and complete the Order Form details.
If you are shopping from a Country outside of the UK, the currency exchange rate will be applied by your Credit Card Company at the statement transaction date.
We accept most major Credit Cards - PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DEBIT YOUR CARD UNTIL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER.
Alternatively payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Money Order, Cheque (UK Bank only) - if payment is made by one of these methods cleared funds will be required before your order is shipped - please email to obtain further details.
There is a MINIMUM order value of £9.50 per order - irrespective of the payment method.
Special Orders require FULL PAYMENT on placement of the order - this payment is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation and Special Orders cannot be Exchanged for an alternative Size/Style or Refund. Also additional special terms & conditions may apply, any Special Terms & Conditions will be advised to you by email and you must confirm acceptance to continue with the Special Order.
When you complete your order online your credit card information is sent via the Secure Encrypted process.The "Gold Padlock" symbol will appear in your Browesr Address Bar when you enter your Credit Card details.
Ordering Online is quicker and easier for the processing /dispatch of your order - however you can also submit your order via Telephone or Mail Order.
When you have completed your purchase through the Check-out you will receive an email confirming the details you have given to us in your order. PLEASE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DETAILS THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED IN YOUR ORDER. Please note this email does not indicate that a contract exists between us.We will send you an email to indicate the approximate delivery date.
In this Agreement, we are Underground Cybershop Ltd, at the address shown in the "About Us" section and you are the person detailed on the Order Form in the section for "Credit Card Name / Address".
Our Agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your Credit / Debit Card.

Delivery Schedule
The transit / delivery times shown below apply to items that are AVAILABLE DIRECT FROM STOCK. When you have recieved your Email with the Order Confirmation we will then contact you by email to advise on progress of your order and the projected delivery date as a occasionally your style/size maybe temporarily out of stock and will then be ordered from the factory - see Back Orders section - your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible.
Transit/delivery times are approximate and can vary due to national holidays, geographical location, adverse weather conditions.
Orders will be delivered by Courier - they will require a signature of receipt at the delivery address - standard service is 08.00-17.30hrs Monday - Friday - PLEASE NOTE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED - if it assists to have delivery to your works/business or other address then please choose this option at the Checkout.Please note if you are unable to receive your order/parcel at the delivery address and the parcel is subsequently returned to our Warehouse by the Carrier due to non-delivery or refusal a return shipping cost will apply, the cost is dependent on location/parcel weight

Back Orders
If the style/product that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place a back order with the supply factory and we will email to advise on the estimated supply time.
When the style/product is received from the supply factory we will email to advise on dispatch / debit cost to your Credit / Debit Card.
At anytime, PRIOR TO PAYMENT PROCESSING, should you no longer wish to continue with the order, you must advise us, by email, facsimile, letter, that you wish to cancel the order - you must supply your Order Number to confirm your cancellation and YOU must obtain a Cancellation Number from us to CONFIRM cancellation of your order - please note cancellation cannot be accepted after we have processed payment and/or shipped your order.

We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must notify us by email, letter or fax - you must notify us within 7 days of the actual parcel delivery date - please refer to the Returns Policy.
We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website.However, computers, monitors/electronic displays vary in their reproduction of colour/dimension and therefore some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual product received.
From time to time there may also be a small difference with the finished product compared to the displayed image due to unforeseen changes in manufacturing processes / material availability and we reserve the right to supply the amended product for order fulfilment. |

Returns Policy
We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must NOTIFY us by email, letter or fax within 7 days of the actual parcel delivery date.
Return of goods can only be made if you comply with the following conditions:
- you send an email, letter or fax requesting a "Returns Authorisation Number " / Returns Address - BEFORE you make the return of any style/product.
- the product has NOT BEEN WORN (except for initial fitting) and is in a saleable condition with tags unremoved.
- the product is packed in its original branded box together with all promotional items,including tissue paper/labels.
- the original sales invoice is enclosed with the goods,INSIDE, the box.
- THE BOX MUST BE PROTECTED WITH DURABLE PLASTIC WRAPPING DURING SHIPMENT.
- the Returns Authorisation Number / Returns Address is clearly displayed on the outer plastic wrapping of the parcel.
- the parcel is received at the Returns address no later than the date shown on the Returns Label. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods/parcels after the stated date.
As the Customer it is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the goods. You are responsible for the goods until they are received at our Warehouse address. Returned Goods that are lost/go missing during transit cannot be refunded.
When the goods are received at our Warehouse they will be inspected and we will email you to confirm receipt.
Goods returned to our Warehouse that have been used/worn or marked/damaged will not receive any form of Refund.
Special Orders Please note that Special Order goods CANNOT be Returned for Exchange of Size/Style or Refund.
All Shipping Costs are non-refundable unless we make an error with your ordered item(s).
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase method within 7 working days of receipt at the advised Returns Address - this refund should then appear on your Card Statement within a further 3-6 days.
Please ensure you comply with the above requirements otherwise you may incur additional costs for administration / re-handling of your Return Parcel /Goods.
Please note - the re-shipment of Overseas orders for an exchange of size will automatically incur shipping costs for the replacement size or new style/size.
The above requirements apply to all orders received via the Cybershop, Mail Order, Telephone or Fax Order.
The above Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
